*Keep the shop pristine and clean.
**Sweep and vacuum the floor and any work surfaces.
**Clean up any messes you see, and/or let the shop manager know if it's significantly messy.
*Request training or assistance before attempting to use machinery or do unfamiliar processes.
*NEVER LEAVE THE CHUCK KEY IN THE CHUCK. The only time the chuck key should be in the chuck is: the machine is off and your hand is on the key.
