General Tips and Safety
- Use the diamond tool to flatten the surface of the wheel
- When grinding, avoid staying in one spot too long. Otherwise a gouge or groove will form in the wheel, which makes everything difficult to sharpen.
- When filling with water, you will likely need to turn on the wheel for a bit and let it absorb some of the water, then add more.
- NEVER leave the water in the machine. If the wheel is stored for a long time while soaked it will deteriorate the wheel.
