Stepper issue 09-15

Ordered replacement pair of stepper motors for the Y-axis. The left motor seems to be sputtering. Did the cable swap test and it remained on that motor, so it is either the motor or wiring. I am betting it is the motor, there is a lot of rust on the outside of it, possibly from being stored in a basement prior to it being donated to us. If it is the wiring we can likely acquire some 18ga-4 conductor cable from Ricci.
