About our machine
- Model#: Rockwell Model 20 (clone to Delta 28-340)
- Wheel diameter: 20"
- Blade: 150" by 0.5", 3 TPI
- Max cutting height: 11.875"
- Max cutting width (with guide): TBD
- This is the perfect machine for cutting veneer or slicing large lumber into thinner boards.
- REQUIRES SAFETY CHECKOUT TO RECEIVE ACCESS
- Manual
Important Notes
- Shut it off immediately if it stalls or gets stuck. The motor can burn out if it stalls.
- Do not force wood through. The saw can cut very fast, but it may slow down going through knots or dense parts of wood, and suddenly speed up or jump after it goes through.
- Secure round or odd-shaped material to a sled. Do not cut unstable items - if they roll or shift during the cut they can jam and damage the blade.
- Finish your cut by pulling from the backside of the machine.
- DO NOT finish your cut by pushing with your hand or a pushstick.
- DO NOT CUT RECLAIMED LUMBER WITH ANY METALS JUST LIKE THE REST OF OUR SAWS.
- DO NOT ADJUST THE TENSION, GUIDES, OR BLADE.
